Shipping policy

 

How our processing of the order operates:

Most items are shipped within 24 business hours. Orders in the Christmas period can take up to 14 days before being dispatched. In rare occasions, products are sold out or discontinued. We will notify you and refund the item. The rest of the order will be send out as per normal. You will get notified when your order is shipped and your tracking number will be supplied if you leave your email with the order. Big orders are subject to availability and we may decide to refund you due to stock availability. Medium and High Fraught Alerts on cards are automatically refunded. 

The address supplied in the order is solely the customers responsibility. Mistakes in the address, may incur a extra redelivery and handling fee. We do not take any responsibility if wrong addresses are left in the order, however we do endeavour to amend this if you contact us before the order is processed. 

Standard shipping is $12.95 (Sendle/Couriers Please or Australia Post), while express is $16 (Australia Post Express Post).

International Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy regarding customs and import duties.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). This means that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be applied by the destination country's customs office.
These charges are separate from the shipping cost you pay at checkout and are levied directly by the local customs authority. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees required to clear your package through customs upon its arrival.
